Visualizations
Visualization of the collected data is as important as the process of collecting them. Presenting data in a way that is understandable to everyone will facilitate the analysis and identification of weak points in our production processes. Without an efficient analysis of the current state, it is impossible to implement solutions to improve the process. The visualizations we offer are fully tailored to the client's needs. There is no one-size-fits-all solution that will meet the expectations of every user, which is why the appearance of the dashboards and the data presented are individually agreed with the client. Our offer includes production dashboards showing historical data as well as "live" data from current production. Dashboards and automatically generated production reports are personalized for the end user and can be adapted according to the user's role. We can visualize data collected both by our systems and those that already exist in the company.
Manufacturing Intelligence (MES + BI)
The term Manufacturing Intelligence covers the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system supplemented with visualizations and BI (Business Intelligence) reports.
The product we offer is an IT system of MES class (Manufacturing Execution System). The MES system is a software used to organize, operate and supervise production processes and to obtain relevant information about them. Data on the production in progress is collected in real time, which gives the possibility of immediate reaction to encountered problems and informs about the progress of production. All data collected by the MES system are stored on the server. They can be used to analyze encountered problems and optimize existing processes. A fully implemented system guarantees complete traceability of products. Thanks to the traceability of products, people monitoring production are able to combine the finished product with e.g. used raw materials, machines on which they were produced, machine and environmental parameters, machine operators or the condition of tools.
Production management systems are primarily support in decision-making processes including planning production tasks and releasing these tasks for production. The system provides data that, if used skillfully, can improve the efficiency of the plant and individual production processes
Integration with external systems
The MES system can be integrated with almost any external production improvement system. Due to the fact that each such system has a different specification, an individual approach to each integration and additional actions taken by the implementing team are necessary in order to adjust the exchanged signals to the specifications of the integrated systems.

System modules
The MES system is a modular system. Each of the modules can be purchased separately, at any time of using the system. This solution allows you to build the entire system "step by step" and avoids unnecessary costs (for modules that will not be used)

Integration
The use of many IT systems brings great benefits, but their multitude can be a problem in terms of their integration. It often happens that the purchased systems come from different suppliers, and their integration and data exchange between them causes problems. A familiar situation is when data is copied manually from one system to another. At i4, we integrate both existing and new systems. We are able to integrate and synchronize data from countless systems, both between the solutions provided by us and those already operating in the company.
In addition to system integration, we also integrate machines and devices with systems. Many modern machines (e.g. measuring devices, machine tools, assembly stations, etc.) collect a large amount of data. We are able to integrate such devices with IT systems.
Data Center & IoT Platform
Another challenge, apart from system integration, is the dispersion of data between different databases. Although the information is generally available, due to the lack of centralization of the data bank, using it can be persistent. We build centralized Data Centers and aggregate data from various sources. We provide IoT platforms. In such a platform, all relevant data is at hand and available immediately, without having to switch between different tools and copy individual data manually.
Audit & Consulting
As a supplier of Industry 4.0 solutions, we want to avoid providing tools that are not needed in the company. We approach each customer individually. Before we present an offer for a specific solution, we conduct an audit and advise which solutions can bring added value and which will not work with a given production specification. Many years of experience gained in both Production and Process Engineering and Industry 4.0 often allows us to identify hidden problems and solve them systematically without implementing expensive solutions. Due to the fact that solutions related to Industry 4.0 are still not widely known, we are able to help the client understand the topic and advise what tools can bring benefits. We assume that it is worth spending more time understanding the problem and learning about potential solutions, than "throwing money down the drain" on solutions that simply will not work in a specific production environment.
Dedicated solutions
An individual approach to the client is characterized not only by conducting audits and consultations. We are aware that many solutions existing on the market may not match the current needs. At i4, we also deal with the preparation of individual personalized solutions. We are able to prepare a solution that will be written for a specific problem. We are also not afraid of working with solutions provided by other suppliers. We treat each problem individually and together with the client we look for a solution that will be the best and at the same time will not unnecessarily strain the budget.
